the ban is lifted!

I am so excited!

I had my 28 week appointment yesterday with my OB and asked her if they had lifted the ban on children under the age of 14 being allowed in the hospital. She said they just lifted it this month!

I am so excited and relieved that my (big) little man will be able to meet his little brother in the hospital. I'm so grateful that I will be able to have someone bring him to see me during the day. This is such a huge weight off my shoulders.

In other news, I passed my glucose test with flying colors and got the shots I need to get my body ready. My doctor gave me my birth plan to fill out and started me on kick counts. We talked about the new labor and delivery facilities and the location. I should be getting a tour soon!

It all makes birth feel so soon. I can't believe that I will be meeting my (little) little man in just a few months.

That is great to hear that your little man will be able to meet his little brother in the hospital!

My daughter was actually there when both of her brothers were born. One in the hospital (she was 4.5), the other in a midwife center (she was 7). She thought it was gross but very cool. :)
